So sad to not have the cinnamon biscuits anymore. The food was good we received and the kid behind the counter was great!
It doesn't matter how many different options you have on a menu if all of the food is mediocre. The tenders were dry and tasted... old, our fries were soggy and The staff was pretty snappy even though we were the only customers there wasn't any others theentire hour we were there. They didn't provide the sauces I asked for so I went back up to the counter to ask for some and theyoung man only handed me two ketchup packets when I asked for extra he said "we only give one per 4 tenders." He got extremelyirritated when I asked for 4 packets explaining that we were using them for fries as well he said something along the lines of"Well you should've gone somewhere else anyways. I've not been to a Hardee's in decades!!! I'm only vouching for this particular Hardee's; Both me and my Mom were surprised at... the freshness & presentation of the food. We both felt the burgers we received were superior to burgers at other chains. Read more
Went here at 3:30 this afternoon today. Went to drive through was told to wait although no other cars were in line or at the... window. After about five minutes someone said to go ahead with your order. My wife and I ordered the combo cheese burger andfries. Parked in lot next door to eat and found luke warm burgers and ice cold fries like they had been under an airconditioner. Immediately went back. No one in line so I went to the window (the inside was closed) and knocked. Saw someonescurry behind an interior wall and hide. No one responded. Then went to the order speaker, thinking someone might respond thereand got behind a van that was waiting to place an order. We waited for about ten minutes and left. Won?t go back again. Read more
Maybe it's just me, spent 5 minutes while the guy at the window helped the guy in the truck walk back and forth across the way.... Had to repeat an order of one sandwich three times. The quality of the people is going way downhill. But we seem to be payingmore? Read more
Had the best Frisco sandwich I've ever had from a Hardee's at this establishment! DJ was an absolute sweetie pie worth... exceptional customer service! Highly recommend for a quick meal. Read more
