I can't speak to the inside of the restaurant as I only stop in the drive-thru for lunch. But I like the updated paint and... shutters, they did a good job patching the pavement too. But the service and quality of the food has improved tremendously! Theywere good before, but the folks I speak to in the drive-thru and quick, super friendly and very very accurate! They always greetme and chat with me and are just so kind for the short amount of time I am there for! Give them all bonuses! And tell them thankyou so so much! Read more
So I've come here many times, and never have I had this happen. So I ordered a pretty big order but the chicken little caught my... eyes today and I wanted it spicy. I opened it and it was dry AF maybe a drop of spicy sauce on the chicken very disappointed Ilike my chicken drenched in sauce it's advertised that way so please make it that way thank u. Drove all the way from champion rv park. Original recipe bucket was so greasy and uncooked we threw most of it away. No butter... or honey for cold hard biscuits which I requested. One plastic spoon, fork and napkin for large family meal. I should havechecked before leaving but I trusted KFC. Never again! Read more
I generally enjoy the food they have here. Recently, I ordered a bowl of Mac and cheese which tasted spoiled, this has happened... on a couple other occasions. I've never had issues with any else I've ordered. Read more
Long line for drive through!! We ordered on line and instructions said to go inside for pick up, however, the doors were... locked due to lobby being closed. The food was good, but was not very hot as I'm sure it sat out until we finally got throughthe line. Read more
Come here every so often, food is always good but sometimes the workers may give you the wrong drink. First time this happened,... I asked for a sierra mist once and got some sparkling water. The other time, I asked for a bottle of water and got a dietmountain dew. Besides that, service is usually good and going through the drive-thru is not too bad. If your polite to theworkers and treat them with respect, they might surprise you with a free cookie. Only con about this place is the layout as youhave to go around the building to get to the drive-thru. Read more
