Last 2 times getting pizza for lunch has been very disappointing. The customer service is great, but on one occasion the pizza... was folded over inside the box as if it had been dropped on its side. The most recent experience the pizza was poorly made, hadso little sauce on it all you could taste is cheese. Plus the pizza was barely warm, as if it was sitting on the counter for along time. Not sure what's going on in the kitchen there, but I think we will take a break from Caesars and try somewhere else. Read more
I used their website and ordered online to avoid long wait times. I ordered 2 Italian cheese bread , plain chicken wings and... garlic parmesan wings. Our cheese bread was over done to be polite and neither of the wings were what we ordered. We waited forour emails, received them no problem 15 minutes after their estimated done time. And 10 minutes at the store because the storewas WAY over crowded and the young staff just couldn't keep up! Got home with our food discovered all the above details and Istill got stuck cooking dinner because our food was not right. We were really looking forward to the cheese bread because theday prior when tried to order ttjry informed us no deep dish due to crust not being proved and ready. Bummer Read more
The two hot n readies were really good. The problem was that I walked in to order and it took 40 minutes to get the pizza. Then,... when I got back to my hotel, I realized that the slices were not cut deep enough, agh. That was a major pain. Read more

Workers always sound like they've had a hard day on the phone, but they always get the job done. The make your own pizzas cost... an arm & a leg just to get your favorite topping combination, rather than just letting you start with a base and adding toppingsby topping cost like other places. The bread is usually cut pretty mishapen with huge cuts, super thin cuts, & super short nubbybread slices. But they'll cut it more evenly if you ask. Crazy bread is the best! Read more
