Burger was totally overcooked and dried out. There wasn\'t enough ketchup to cover the dryness and make the burger edible. I am... not sure what all the rave reviews are about because it was well done and without flavor. Maybe it wasn\'t off night but Iprefer my burger to not taste closer to jerky than a burger. Best cheeseburgers in town, in the UP, and on the fresh coast. Great ingredients and great crafting. They\'re so delicious... family ask if the Bus is going to be open before they come to visit.
