Burger was totally overcooked and dried out. There wasn\'t enough ketchup to cover the dryness and make the burger edible. I am... not sure what all the rave reviews are about because it was well done and without flavor. Maybe it wasn\'t off night but Iprefer my burger to not taste closer to jerky than a burger. Came up to Marquette for our honeymoon and had planned to go to Ore Dock or Black Rock to catch the Burger Bus. Well worth it!... Falafel burger was full of flavor and the fries?whoa?just whoa. We love you (if that is too much?oh well!)and want more! Read more
Best cheeseburgers in town, in the UP, and on the fresh coast. Great ingredients and great crafting. They\'re so delicious... family ask if the Bus is going to be open before they come to visit. Granted it was a Saturday but we waited nearly 30 minutes for an overpriced, average burger considering the very limited... toppings(no lettuce, tomato or even mayo was available tho they had spinach(?!) and garlic aioli). Absolute must visit the Burger Bus if you\'re in the area. I\'d say even if you\'re not in the area you need to stop by. Easily... over of the best burgers I\'ve had in my life. I love the simple, easy to read menu. Excellent customer service. He explained the menu and about the bus-made (family) pickle... recipe. Even explained how they serve everything. The burger (with everything) was juicy and flavorful ... sn interestingcombination of ingredients. The shake was dreamy! They definitely cater to people. Follow them and find where they\'ll beparked!
