We came in behind another couple and were seated at the same time. The other couple were asked and served drinks, we were not.... We waited but no wait person came to us, though they cleaned off tables. The other couple received their order and began toeat-we were ignored. They only difference was the other couple were both black and my wife are a mixed(Hispanic and black)couple. We won?t be back! Read more
We were there for lunch at 2:30 p.m. and we were the only one in the restaurant it wasn't until we were almost finished eating... that four more customers showed up. But I have to say that our way to us was very nice very helpful and friendly and we left hera big tip. Read more

I loved it. I missed something on the menu. Got my food and had something on it i didnt care for. So they were so understanding.... They fixed me a new plate. This is by far the best staff of any ihop i have been in. Read more
My mom and I decided to go to this IHOP tonight, and I have to say that I had a wonderful time. The waiter that served us was... absolutely wonderful, and whoever was in the back cooking did a phenomenal job with the pancakes and everything that we ordered.This restaurant is a little inconsistent and there wasn't a lot of people there, but I figured maybe that's just because it's aSunday night. However reading through the reviews I know that there are some bad ones. It's 50/50 with this restaurant, buttonight I got the good 50 instead of the bad one. If you're looking for a good IHOP experience I would try the one in Harvey onManhattan boulevard. Read more
The food was good and our waiter was great, I ordered a fajita omlette with a waffle, but one of the staff members wore a bonnet... while working and that alone turned me off. It's not professional. I'm not against wearing bonnets, I wear one myself in thecomfort of my home but when I you're paid to do a job and are servicing people, this shouldn't happen. Read more
I came in about an hour ago with my kids. We were the only guests. The manager (forgot her name already sorry) she has red hair,... she was super sweet, greeted us, sat us, took our orders and everything was great... until the server arrived! My 9 year old sonimmediately says she's having a bad day. I laughed it off as I've ran a few restaurants myself, so I get it sometimes. But thenthe server was slamming things down, fussing on her phone all in plain sight of our table, we sat in the booth right across fromthe expo line so even when she was in there we were seeing and hearing everything smh Another guest walks in with his kids, thewaitress greeted them somewhat decently and seats them. Then she walks back and she passes our table she says I'll be with youin a moment. I said you're good we've been taken care of already. She says I know, but she used my number, so if you needanything, I could get it, I said your good dear, we're done. She turned and rolled her eyes. At that point I said it sounds likeyou need something, she turned back around and I told her I really hope her night gets better because guests shouldn't have tosee and hear all what my kids and I did. She then began telling me how her manager called her to come in and when she came therewas only 1 table, but she was rushing her and she needed to go to her apartment because the property manager called her and shewasn't expecting that. And the manager doesn't know how to talk to people so she was mad that while she was on the phone on theexpo line the manager asked her could she hear the guests, first she said huh and then she slammed her ear peice off her ear andsays yes I can hear them. I know that part because we saw it ourselves. (If you couldn't understand that timeline don't worry, icouldn't keep up either and saying all this in front my 9 and 6yr old) There's more I could definitely keep going but long storyshort, fire the server that is working right now!
