The location on Carrollton Ave. Is occasionally not ppen during regular business hours with no explanation. This is poor... business as i have driven to JJ's expecting them to be open. This has happened 4 or 5 times. Read more

if you don't want to wait I suggest you call and place a order especially around lunch time! If you want fresh bread ask because... 9/10 its been sitting there. My favorite is the #9 Italian nightclub if you don't want all the bread ask them to scoop the breadout. Overall they are hard working young adults doing the best they can so yes go and have patience, because you never know whatkind of day someone is having. Read more
Always great food and service. Update: 12/27/20 Today I visited the store and after eating 3/4 of my sandwich it fell apart a... little and when I adjusted it I noticed the tomatoes were rotten. How many times have I eaten rotten tomatoes from you guys. Read more
We used to go here once a week. Then the customer service went bonkers. Always order online but when we get there to pickup our... order, they either are lost as to what's going on or the order ID completely messed up. This has happened several times. Notgoing back. Read more
