I waited 25 minutes at the speaker they never asked for my order,drove to the window they kept looking out the window after 15... minutes they took the order then made me wait another 20 minutes at the pickup window after they collected my money I was stuckwaiting, this is unacceptable.Gas is expensive and McDonald's says fastfood that's why we come how is it that chickfila can move50 cars in a hour McDonald's can't move one car get better workers don't except this type of behavior.I went in on 11-09-22 at4:15pm Read more

They close at 10pm and i got in the drive thru at 9:45, they took the two cars in front of me then I got to the speaker at 9:50... and no one came to the speaker. At 10pm they said they were closed and turned off all the lights. All I wanted was a drink. Read more

If you can't handle the drive through, don't work it!! Bad attitude and unprofessional. I had a car full of overnight people, I... have a big order. Do not rush me when I'm not even taking that long. Not even busy. And when I ask for an ice coffee, you ask mewhat kind?? And you keep asking me what kind, and I ask YOU what kind YOU have, you don't answer and instead keep repeating thequestion. Don't get an attitude when you can't even do your job properly and when the exhausted adults gets agitated and ismaking a joke in my car not even talking to you, you wanna talk smack. You only have diet coke. I visit this McDonald's often. No one has a problem giving me diet coke and coke mixed. I cant have... high sugar content and diet coke is gross. Everytime I come here, i get a half and half mix. She lied to my face and said it'simpossible to be done. I told her I get this here all the time. She refused to do it. I was the last car. It was not busy atall. So being busy was not an excuse in this case. No cars behind me at all! She rather not make the sale. No sale is too small. Twice I waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes with no response. One time I was stuck in the right lane for 20 minutes. Each... car in front of me waiting about 5 minutes before driving off, I didn?t even chance it. But the cars on the left were placingtheir orders with no problem. If the speaker was broken, no one felt it necessary to close the lane or leave a note. The lobbyis closed, how can the wait time be so long? This location has gone so downhill. Read more
