Revision: Went back to this location, through the drive thru and received wonderful service and I have the last few times. So... since I was willing to share a bad experience I have to also share my good ones! Thanks for the great drive thru service thelast few times we've gone. Super friendly staff and the orders have been right. Also, I thought it was really cool that I got aresponse on my review from the location, thanks for the follow up! This used to be a great location before it got remodeled.Today, we waited for over 20 mins for 2 coffees. Apparently you should only go there if you do an online order, not of you wantto order in person cause it will take forever. And don't order through the drive through it will likely be wrong. I stopped going to this location for several months before the remodel because I was tired of waiting over 20 minutes for a... mobile order with 1 drink and 1 bakery item (used to be my morning go-to). I would order before I left my house on the way towork, arrive for pick-up and still had to wait at the store. I started going back again recently and was just disappointedfurther. Made a mobile order while in-store, because I was one of only two customers in line inside, but was blatantly ignoredonce the other customer had their order taken - the other customer even spoke up to tell the baristas I was still waiting tomake my order? no-one came to the register. I left the store and came back, then waited inside again because an item was missingfrom my order. After several other customers came up and ordered (and received their items), and 22 minutes had passed, Idecided to ask for a partial refund? only then did my missing drink appear. All of this after 7pm - not exactly coffeerush-hour. Just ruins the whole experience. Read more
This Starbucks is painfully slow. The line is always long and never dwindles. I give it a three bc the baristas are really nice... and my drink is never wrong, but they need to pick up the pace. Read more
