Says on the dunkin holiday schedule that this dunkin was open regular hours at 5am-8pm but when I got there at 7:30 a.m. it was... closed. Someone probably had a few too many last night on Thanksgiving and didn't open the store. Also service is slow as hell.Get new employees or raise their pay so they'll actually want to show up and do a decent job. Read more
A young man working the drive through window this morning demonstrated amazing kindness and a positive attitude when a grumpy... patron was rude to him for no reason. I pulled up to grab my coffee and overhead him saying "I am not sure why he was in a badmood but kill them with kindness!." He then greeted me with a big smile and a good morning! A standard Dunkin but with terrible service. We went inside to get 3 donuts. No one was behind the counter, the self check out... kiosk didn't work, someone was waiting and not served, and when we yelled to the workers in the back they ignored us. (They weredoing drive through but could have responded someone would be with us shortly). Finally someone came in from outside and servedus but took their time doing it. Second time at this location after an abysmal first experience that resulted in me leaving without half my order after waiting... 20 minutes for breakfast sandwiches. Today, the drive-thru line at 1030am was backed up and incredibly inefficient. Theparking lot was jammed because of deliveries being made by a huge semi truck blocking traffic and parking spaces. Unfortunately I rarely ever have a good experience at this Dunkin. It is close to home so I keep going, hoping it may improve.... The drive through takes forever- allocate at least 15 minutes of wait time if you go. The orders are sometimes correct, and onlysometimes do they taste good. The last time I went my regular coffee tasted disgusting. I?m really not sure how you even messthat up. The customer service is hit or miss. For managements own good. When the store was up near 99, I patronized the store. Every time my order was either wrong or the hot... coffee was cold. When you moved to the current location, service got even worse. Today I went inside. The computerized screenwas not working. The employees didn?t even acknowledge me. I then just left. I noticed that the drive in line had not moved. Youhave a great location. Get a manager. Read more
I did not have a good experience here. In the 15 minutes I stood at the counter never once did I see an employee. There were... three of us waiting...we all left. Might explain why the display case was totally stocked with donuts...nobody waited longenough to buy anything. Big thumbs down for me! Read more
Probably the worst Dunkin I've been to. Nobody was at the counter. A guy finally came out, gave me a dirty look and walked past.... Then came back and said "do you need something?" Most unfriendly service. Hash Brown's were broken apart and gross looking.After reading others reviews seems to be standard here. Gotta get better staff Read more
