Ordered a pizza and a couple drinks for my fiancé and I, food came but they forgot my drinks, the delivery guy had to run not... even 10 mins down the road to grab my drinks took an additional 30 mins on top of having to call the store to remind them aboutthe drinks. Just ordered from their it said the food was delivered went outside nothing was their so call the place manager told me the... delivery guy would call never did called back to the store same thing was said finally the 3rd call manager said somethingdelivery guy actually called me never said sorry or anything 15min after it was delivered I had my pizza and wing all thetopings were globed in certain spots and the wings sucked Read more
I just tried ordering online for the Mars location which they don?t offer at this location at this time. Totally fine! I call... and I get a really unprofessional ?HELLO?. Confused I asked if this is Domino?s and he states yes. I ask if I can order the$5.99 pick up medium deal and he then tells me it?s $6.99 now which clearly states on their website it?s $5.99 if it?s pickedup. I ask a question again then he rudely says ?I need to make food are you going to order or what?? I say never mind and hungup. I understand being short staffed and busy but you don?t have to be rude to people and answer your phones professionallybecause it?s really confusing for people calling an established business like you?re answering a phone call from someone youdon?t want to talk to. Ordered pizza from here on a Friday night for my work crew and got an email 20 minutes later saying that my order was canceled.... Drove down to the pizza shop and the lights are out and they're closed. According to the website it says they should have beenopen another hour. Ended up ordering from a different Dominos about 6 miles further and I'm glad I did because they were thenicest crew and appreciated the $100 tip. Bad first impression for a new pizza shop. Read more
This pizza is putrid! I know it?s cheap. I know it?s a chain, but this is the worst pizza I?ve ever had. I can make a pizza... 1000% better.The sauce tastes like wet dog! There?s no cheese. The toppings and the crust are not bad but doesn?t hide theoverall gross flavor. Won?t buy again please taste your food it?s awful. I?ve lived in Mars my whole life. We don?t have a goodpizza place, literally everyone is horrible. Care about your products!! I hate to negative review but people deserve better.Please improve!! Read more
