Perfect spot to get away! The newly updated cottages are all beautiful, the hospitality and customer service was some of the... best I have ever experienced, and the views are unmatched! My boyfriend and I recently stayed in Al's, and the ambiance andwarmth of the cottage makes you never want to leave. Luckily, you can take in the breathtaking waterfront views from the comfortof the living space, bedroom, or private back porch, so you never have to! From the moment we checked in, we were met withexceptional hospitality and customer service. Tara at the front desk made us feel so welcome and got us everything we needed. Wealso ate at the restaurant during our stay - incredible! The fish and chips (and cocktails!) were so delicious and the perfectaccompaniment for the setting. From start to finish, our whole stay at Nick's Cove was stunning! Can't wait to go back! Read more

Absolutely love this place; it has incredible charm and is right on the water, an easy drive from Mill Valley but you feel like... you're worlds away! The food is surprisingly good and they are finishing a renovation so the restaurant and rooms feel refreshedbut still just quaint and warm. I'm dying to go back on a solo trip, or a winter weekend with my husband just to chill andrelax. And eat fish and chips-yum! Read more

Went for a friend's birthday. It came highly recommended, but we were very disappointed. Some food came out cold. There were no... clams in the clam chowder (3 people ordered it and no one got clams)claims. WAYYY too much celery in the clam chowder. This wasa big disappointment because I was most looking forward to fresh clam chowder. Lack of seasoning throughout the dishes. Overpriced. You have to order your food then come pick it up from the counter. Too casual for the prices. One friend mentioned thatyou feel in the way while waiting for food. We also had Moscow Mules. Very good. We were disappointed that they don't have table service anymore. We sat at the bar and ordered from their limited menu. Big... change from how it used to be. The oysters came quickly and were fresh and tasty. Three of us had fish and chips the other hadclams. The fish and chips were okay, not crispy enough for my taste. Good cocktails and wine and a good bartender. Probablywon't go back, though. Better fish and chips at the Hop Monk. Read more

One of the best fish and chips you can enjoy on the West Coast. Local cod with perfectly crispy batter. It's always worth the... drive. Also excellent: their cioppino & their clam chowder. Definitely come for the seafood. Order from the takeout window andif the weather is good, eat outside! It's worth it. If you're not the one driving, their mixed drinks are excellent. Read more

I recently stopped by this restaurant and it was a excellent experience. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The... food was delicious. I ordered mine to go and it was very nice to see my food was made to order. It was very flavorful andappetizing. There was outdoor and indoor seating right on the water. Great experience, will be back soon ???? Read more

What a wonderful find, tucked away on the bay coast! Fresh and fabulous oysters with mignonette that packs a punch, hot creamy... (and stuffed with crab) Crab Mac n Cheese, fresh and spicy tuna poke, and the best fish n chips on the west coast -- huge fishportions with a light, crispy batter. I definitely recommend the walk down the dock to the shack, it's the best place to enjoyyour meal with a view. Bring your own bottle of wine, Nick's can be pricey. I recommend a crisp white or a fruity rose! Read more
