They can't ever get orders correct. Their wings aren't sauced at all, it's just frozen wings put in an oven. I called about my... order being incorrect and they offered to have the pizzas remade. I asked multiple times for the lady on the phone to confirmwith me what toppings were going to be used and I got the same "ok, we'll have that done for you soon" response every time Iasked until I just gave up and hung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend buying hot food here and I wouldn't recommend the gaseither. You can go right down the street not even 5 mins and get gas cheaper at marathon. Update on the pizza remade: I wentback to pick up the new pizza and checked it in the store to make sure the toppings were correct, and they again made the pizzaincorrect. They got the correct toppings this time, but put them all on the wrong sides. I didn't feel like waiting another15-30 mins to have a pizza made again since it was already 8 PM at this point. Terrible customer service. I ordered pizza online, it took an hour for the order to be complete and ready to pick up. I waited... over 10 minutes for someone to service me to pick up my order with no other customers waiting. Employees stood in the kitchen,and many of them even looked at me, but received no service. Would never recommend ordering any food here. Read more
Oh I was still auto zone..Casey's is great. Omg there pizza is so delicious. They always have fresh coffee n doughnuts. Friendly... every store you go to. It's always the place I get gas if I'm not in town of martinsville. Then its kxxxxt lol Read more
While at Casey?s tonight, we ran into grab our 3 pizzas. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting to get someone over to help us.... Then it took them another 10 minutes to find our order, which turned out to be 2 burnt pizzas and 1 missing its toppings. Thecashier handled it well and was very polite about it. I ordered pizzas a few months ago to be delivered. The person on the phone repeated my order and told me my price. Never showed... up. When I called they said they didn't have my order. Tonight I ordered 3 large pizzas said can be picked up in an hour. Wentto pick up pizzas an hour 5 minutes later, they haven't even started them. They told my son when he went to get them that theytold me on the phone they would start my order in an hour. WTH. Never heard of a place telling you that. Plus it was a big lie. Read more
While the evening manager does not bother to call customers back about refunds on an order they made a mistake on, the ASSISTANT... manager went out of her way to fix our problem, and was extremely patient with me especially as annoyed as I was at the time.After being overcharged quite a bit on pizzas, we had called and asked for it to be fixed. We waiting 3 days for a callback, gotnothing, so I called and the assistant manager was a lot more helpful and knowledgeable than the manager. Needless to say afterthis fiasco I won't bother ordering pizza from them again, the 5 stars is for the assistant managers customer service. Read more
When I had a problem when i paid for gas and the cashier thought I paid $10 not $15 and she was really nice and helped me right... away. The loyalty points have helped me so much when if I dont have enough cash for a drink. For the loyalty points you donthave to have 500+ it just takes 250 and you can redeem them at the checkout. Store is very clean and the checkout is quick andeasy. The trash outside the pumps are never full. definately recommend getting your gas here! Read more
Stop at Casey's for fuel at the advertised price $4.19.9. Upon putting 1 Gallon in the the tank, I noticed price of $2.26.9 a... gallon. Price gouging, and false advertising. Travelers beware of the hidden gas price. Read more
