We came here for subs and left feeling horrible for the staff. 5 stars for the food 5 stars for the condition of bathrooms and... eating area 5 stars for the staff 1 star for the treatment of staff. One of the ladies making our subs broke down in tears asshe said she had been working 20 hours none stop due to not enough staff and new staff just quitting. Also, subway has changedthe way they do the subs which added onto the stress of the team. Having an employee break down in front of customers is onething but hearing how they're treated is another. We were still greeted with a smile and had a fantastic sandwich even thoughthey're dealing with so much. If you pop through, be an encouragement to this team because they need it. Read more
I love subway. Anything to feel better about eating healthy!! Make sure to ask them to chop your toppings before putting them... in a wrap. Or it's very hard to attempt to eat. Lol Maybe a new worker. I ate it anyway. ;) Read more
Excellent service from the young lady working at the Marshall, IL Subway. However, as parents and grandparents it was alarming... to see her working by herself, especially with nearby Truck Stops and Interstate 70 so close. NOT SAFE AT ALL! If staffing isso short handed, the drive thru needs to be the point of sale, with the doors locked until there is adequate staffing. Read more

Traveling home from Missouri to Indiana....several fast food options...we choose Subway. The young ladies were very kind and... made excellent subs....Buffalo Chicken on Asiago Cheese toasted loaded w.veggies!! My go to sub!! Nice location for freshhealthy option! Thank you! Read more
Ordered in advance, order was repeated to the woman taking the order, and then repeated back to me. Picked up, drove a half hour... away to spend time with family, found out the order was messed up. Very disappointed. Money wasted. Will not waste $40 at thisrestaurant again. Not the first time this has happened, either. Very unfriendly trip. I waited at counter lady seen me but then kept talking to other person behind the front area. I was only... customer in the building. Never said hi or anything. Very disappointed in the customer service. Positive it was fairly clean. Read more
