The people were very friendly and despite the rather rude customers before me, the server maintained a professional attitude, I... believe his name was Connor but I'm not completely sure. Guy at the counter was nice and friendly. Took a while to get my order at 2PM. I ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos and one was... really spicy and the other one wasn't. Later that night,about 12 hours, I haven't had anything else to eat and I have stomachcramps and bad diarrhea. I will never go back there. Read more
Everyone has their own experience but everytime i come through here my order is always right. I drive semi so I learned long ago... to check my bag before leaving. No need to ask for extra sauce cause they give me like 12 packets. Read more
Ordered 2 number 1 meals, supreme crunchy and supreme soft. Got meal home, no soft tacos at all, and out of 6 tacos all... together, there was 1 that was a supreme, but the shell had cheese on it or something. Just a truck driver passing through. Order a #8 2 taco supremes and a Taco pizza and no tacos in the bag but had already got on... the interstate offramp so no going back. I called to ask what they could do. They said I can get a free meal when coming throughagain. Well that could be 3 months from now. Can I get a coupon for a free meal. Their answer was no. Sometimes the drive-through can take a minute. But this place is still pretty new. Plus, there is literally nothing else open 24... hours around here. Thank God taco Bell is. The staff is very friendly as well. They are trying. They are also improving. ???? Read more

Original: If your craving Taco Bell don't waste your time at the location in the Pilot truck stop in MarshallIllinois. The town of Marshall has wanted a Taco Bell for years. Once the news broke that one would be at the new Pilot/flyingJ truck stop, I was ecstatic to say the least. Unfortunately this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. The menu isover priced. Drive-thru is slow ,service is sub par and orders consistently incorrect. It's pretty bad when you pay 40¢ morefor a soft taco and have to add cheese once you get home because you can count on one hand the pieces of shredded cheese. SMH! Read more
