WOW ???? Never... in all the years of visiting different bigbys have I EVER received such garbage in a cup..not like I did at... the Marshall location today!! We paid almost $10 a piece for some generic bitter absolutely disgusting bibgy coffeesludge..tasted like stale IGA coffee. Honestly that's probably giving it credit..Couldn't even do it. Even with the surroundingplaces in Marshall..bomb failing on the products/service or even just keeping good reliable equipment and decent help..weassumed we could still get a couple cups of good coffee in this town especially with the outlandish prices that they chargenow..( by the way..( didn't mind paying those prices when the coffee was good ) but o man!! I SO was wrong!! Bigbys use to be myfavorite coffee shop..not anymore. I will never come back to this coffee shop and if I hear anyone in this town say that they'regoing to stop into that hole..I will do my best to warn them..before they too are robbed of cash for trash. Terrible! We waited in line behind 3 cars for 20 minutes. We never did get our order, had to leave or be late for an... appointment. Last time I do the Biggby thing. Always 3+ workers in there yet they can't seem to make it all happen in anappropriate amount of time. Back to McDonalds coffee for me. Cheaper too!! Read more
The staff is always kind and helpful. Our drinks are good. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get your order. We got... to the drive thru at 10:30. There were maybe 4 cars in front of us and we didn?t pull out of the parking lot until just after11. We ordered two drinks. While I think the staff are trying their best, something?s gotta be done about wait time. It is likethis or worse every time we come. Read more
Since Jason has become the manager, Marshall Biggby has improved leaps and bounds. I used to get drinks that were so bad I threw... them out, that hasn?t happened since he has worked there. The baristas seem happier and friendlier as well! This is now my go toplace for coffee. Read more
Drinks are delicious and very unique. Staff was helpful. However, they did charge my card three times. Thankfully my credit card... company caught it and didn't charge me for the duplicate charges, but that was frustrating. Read more
It?s just.. so slow. Unbelievably slow. We know if we are stopping here on our way to something to allot about a half hour to... getting coffee. You wait in line forever only to pull up to window and see half the staff standing around talking. I really wishStarbucks had a drive thru. Read more
