Food and service are great, but elderly people essentially take over the place every morning. I was having my breakfast while... responding to emails with no one around at all and a few elderly people came up to me and told me that i should sit elsewhere. Ithought that was so i declined and they proceeded to file in and squish themselves around my table and started playing bingo inthe dining area. 50% of them weren't even customers. They then continued to make racist jokes with each other and laughing at how they "didn't care if it was politically correct". I went inside hoping it would be faster. The lady just walked around aimlessly. She was then Rude, slow, and due to their... laziness the line inside and drive through moved so slow that the menu changed from breakfast to lunch. Read more
Location times online do not match actual time open. They have new items (ex. Pies) listed, posted, and signs but they say they... aren't selling yet. Other locations are selling the new items. Next town over. Was told that Frappe drinks are only a "SummerItem". I would be embarrassed if I was those 2 local owners who's name is proudly posted on the windows. I am traveling for workand will currently drive to Albion for McDonald's. I will spend the extra on fuel to get everything that this location doesn'tever sell. Super sad and embarrassed for the Marshall, Michigan town to have as their McDonald's. Read more

Really long drive through wait for fast food restaurant running two lanes. It was a Friday at 4:30 so they were really busy but... two cars in front of us left after ordering their food because the wait was so long. Perhaps a freak moment where all ofMarshall went to McDonald the same day. Our order was correct and hot when received so kudos to the staff for staying on pointwith busy drive through. Read more
This McDonalds has went down hill in the last few years. Some of the employees are rude and the drive through service is slow. ... I've come to accept cold fries and orders that aren't correct. Today I waited at the outside drive through order speaker whilethey took orders for five cars on the inner drive through line. The guy behind me actually backed up, switched lanes andordered before me. Have a great day. Read more
Long time customer. Ordered a 10 piece meal (large with a water and Buffalo sauce), two plain Double cheeseburgers, a happy... meal, and a McFlurry. Total came to $22.13. Pull up to the first window and the young lady opens up and just stares at me withher hand out. No ?hi?, no ?$22.13, please?. Just a blank stare. I hand her a $20 bill and a $5 bill. She gives me $2.87 centsback and no receipt. I pull up to the second window where I get my beverages and the young man says (without making any eyecontact) ?go to the third window?. OK. I receive my order at the third window shortly thereafter except there is no 10 piece. Ihave the large fry, the water, and the Buffalo sauce. I said ?I?m missing a 10 piece.? I was met immediately with a ?No youdidn?t?. I explain to the new young lady that I have the fry, the sauce and the drink, just not the nuggets.? She asks for areceipt and I explained to her that the rude young lady at the first window did not provide me with one. She then says, and Iquote, ?well it?s going to be $4.64 because you didn?t order a 10 piece and you weren?t charged for one.? NOPE. Definitelyordered one and I CERTAINLY was charged for one. Finally got the 10 piece I ordered and paid for. Very disappointing and if Iwere the MOD I would be embarrassed. Absolutely unacceptable. Read more
