I've visited this location just a handful of times while I've been shopping in the store. I order the same mocha frappicino... everytime..NEVER have they've been the same! The one today was awful, nothing mocha frappicino about it. Guess I will drive theextra miles to Battle Creek. Read more
After waiting for someone to arrive to the counter I decided to leave and come back after walking around inside of the grocery... store they are located in. When I returned there was a woman sweeping the floor. She did not see me so I waited. As she wassweeping she coughed and covered her mouth with her fist but then returned that hand to the broom handle and did not wash herhands. I immediately left the store disgusted. I called Starbucks customer service and they said they would forward thatinformation to management but never asked for my contact information in case the manager needed more information. It seems thatcustomer service training is about as weak as their food handling training. Read more
The girl looked like she didn't know what she was doing and I ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and it taste like water... I also ordered a white chocolate mocha and it doesn't even taste that good either she needs more training not trying to soundrude but if you don't know what your doing then someone else needs to retrain you Read more
Good drinks, but why are you guys always closed? I went in last night and they were closed at like 6 and I went in today and... there was an employee standing behind the counter with her uniform on and said you guys are closed due to short-staffing.. sowhat?s the point of having an employee there? This is a nice Starbucks. It's always clean and they are quick to get your order out. The only thing that I notice is everyone... seems to be in a not so great mood a lot. So I hope the employees are getting treated well. Read more
Girls at counter are rude Girl at counter said 15 minute wait and sat and talked on her phone while I stood there.
