Hands down the best Wendy's I've ever been to. I have gotten great service and my food is always spot on every time I go here
They are never opened for breakfast and always close early. The staff is very rude they got my sandwich wrong so my wife tried... to get it fixed she tried to call with no answer. Then walked up to the door which was locked at 7pm. Flagged an employee theemployee opened the door. My wife asked for her sandwich fixed she said she would have to go back through the drive thru. Thenshe asked for a manager the employee said she was too busy covering for other people. Then the employee continued to say thatshe didn't care and they did not need our business. Read more
Wendy?s is an excellent choice for food when they are actually open. They close all the time at like 7pm. Which is rather... annoying. Oh well. Guess they don?t want money. Read more

I wish I could give negative stars it was that bad. I placed a mobile order since the app and google both say they are open till... 9. I arrived to a store full of rude disrespectful employees refusing me service and told me they closed at 7. Yet the windowsign even states they are open till 10. So not only is it false advertising but the fact that they all wanted to be rude aboutnot wanting to serve me even though based on all posted information they were supposed to and that's their jobs. I was toldVicky is there General Manager when asked. Assuming that is true then, Vicky, you need to deal with your rude employees and fixyour posted hours not just in your store location but also with corporate so the app accuratly reflects your business hours. They seemed to be closed. No signs letting you know what's going on. Finally closing down maybe? Every other restaurant in town... seems to be able to keep enough staff to open. Someone should look into why this store can't keep staff. Read more
I've always had a good experience with this Wendy's, and I order stuff that throws some other places for a loop - like a burger,... no bun. They often even ask if I want it lettuce wrapped, which I appreciate, even though I'm not always in the mood for it.Yes, they're short staffed but so are most places, and they're doing the best they can. Service has always been friendly andthere's usually a sign with the current hours when you go through the drive thru. I generally just call and ask what hoursthey're open these days if it's that important to me, then I can plan accordingly. Read more
