I placed a mobile order around 6:30 AM on 10/07/2022 and it was disgusting. I got there around 6:40 AM, the worker was extremely... nice. My hot coffee was cold and my chocolate croissant was barely warm anymore. You can tell they'd been sitting out for a longperiod of time. I threw my coffee in the trash right when I got home, as I know it wasn't made fresh. Who knows who that coffeebelonged to before I intercepted it. This will be the last time I go to caribou, i have been coming here for a very long timeand the quality has done nothing but deteriorate throughout the years. I always order under my husband, Josh R. Customer service has really been lacking here. They are usually rude and don?t like to accommodate. And the drinks are a hit and... a miss. Sometimes they are just packed with too much sugar or they taste like water. However, they do have lots of sugar freeoptions and a pretty good variety of drinks. Read more
Really good coffee and great breakfast!
When drinking my chocolate Caribou cooler something sharp went into my mouth. It must of been a piece of plastic from one of the... cups. It was about the size of my thumb nail. It was like a mini tooth lick sharp on both sides. Other then that everything wasgreat! Read more
