I called my order in ahead of time, and so had to wait for them to put it together once I got there. Plus, they didn't have the... whole order correct. I had to go back in to collect something they'd forgotten to give me. I had ordered a butter burger withcheese, mayo, lettuce, and a side of barbecue sauce. Waited in the drive through for at least 40 minutes, 20 minutes of which were after paying. After finally receiving my food, I... realized both patty?s on my double butter burger were smaller than the bun they were between and dry. On top of this my cheesecurds were lukewarm and spilled on the bottom of the bag. A 40+ minute wait should never happen at a fast food establishment.Even more so, if it does the food better at least be presentable.
