15+ min in drive thru Ordered BIG Hot Ham and Cheese....got SUPER SMALL Hot Ham and Cheese Also ordered 1/3 lb. Angus burger... WITHOUT Mayo....yep you guessed it got mayo on sandwich. Terrible. Worse place in marshall. Ordered a platter and they gave me a total of three breakfast potatoes. Never going back.
Drive through order took a while to get handed out to us but I think they are very short-staffed. Our order was hot and fresh. ... Forgot to skip the Tomatoes on my Frisco but otherwise very good food. Read more
With it being busy a person would think that the food would be fresher and hot especially having to wait longer than normal, but... it was almost cold, especially the fries. The Frisco had so much mayo on it that I had to take some off or it would have beeninedible! And when I asked the person who was working at the drive through a question, his response was extremely rude sayingthat he wasn't a privileged enough employee to know the answer to my question! Not only his answer but the way he said it waswrong. If an employee doesn't know what happened to asking the manager? I have been going to this Hardee's for years and it'sgone downhill both in customer service and food quality really fast! BTW, I would have used a different way to contact you aboutthe issues but since your employees didn't bother to include a receipt with my order I had no order number to reference. Read more
The worst breakfast we have ever had. Our potatoes were cold and tasted like dirty oil my Frisco breakfast sandwich did not look... anything like the picture on the menue board and only had ham and cheese on half of the soggy sandwich. I'd go elsewhere, this place isn't good. Got a simple one meal order. The cashier tried to give back my money. Should have taken... it too. Fries were actually cold. My no pickle burger had pickles. They forgot my drink(to be fair so did I). They did redo theorder and give me both(little consolation as nothing was edible in the first bag). Reminded me why I rarely get fast food. Iwon't return. I had a simple order and it took over 20 minutes to get it now I believe that this was an exception not the rule I think they... were just incredibly short staffed this day but I was disappointed, I will probably go back here I always like Hardee's and tryto support the local businesses hopefully they can fix their staffing issues moving forward Read more
