I needed to just buy freezer/ cold bags because Walmart doesn't sell them I think. I ended up buying more than that but when I... went to pay, my chip on my card was messed up. The sweet lady behind the register suggested I rub the chip n then try again, asshe was neatly packing my bags. I did as she suggested and wala it worked! I love the workers there. Shopping in store is usually best to reduce errors. Their staff are always pleasant and try to help to the best of their... ability! We are currently Hy-Vee plus members and frequently use their delivery program. Overall I'd say there's a 50/50 chanceyou will be missing something from your order, so just make sure to check your items. The store is helpful about replacing anymissed items. I took one star off only because I believe their personal shopper program is not as accurate as Walmarts, but thatmight not apply to everyone! Read more
Hyvee pharmacy is trash, if you have any choice in the matter: avoid them. Terrible service, slow, rude staff, outrageous... prices, they don?t accept GoodRx on many medications, the list goes on.. You?re better off going to CVS, Walgreens, Kroger,anywhere but Hy-Vee! The only pharmacy I?ve dealt with that deserves possibly a lower rating than Hy-Vee is Walmart. Read more
Great place to shop. Fair prices, great staff. They have some gluten-free options you won't find in other local shops.
