My kid loves the fries but the price is too high.
I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. The last six times we have gone to McDonald's they never get our order right at the... Marshall location. We always ask for plain cheeseburgers and we never get it. Tonight was the last straw. I can honestly say myfamily will not go to the McDonald's here in Marshall again. We asked for a plain cheeseburger for my two-year-old and we gotone with ketchup mustard onions and pickles on it. My husband asked for the chicken sandwich and he got the spicy chickensandwich. Also our food taste like it's been sitting out because the french fries are cold and hard. Very disappointed. I triedcalling the location to speak with the manager however no answer....... Read more

Literally the rudest employees in the world. Every time I go here they are crabby, pushy, and rude. They give you no time to... look at the menu and order without asking you every 2 seconds ?Are you done?? which is literally probably one of the first rulesof restaurant customer service: don?t ever ask the customer if they are done yet, instead ask ?Can I get you anything else??Honestly this place is a joke and it?s employees are the rudest CHILDREN I?ve ever dealt with. First off the fries sucked so hard I wanted to cry. There was ZERO potato in the fries. How does that even happen? I don?t know.... The little server boy was also very crabby and I did not appreciate that. He also did not know what the number 15 look like. IfI could. I would give zero stars. But I can?t.
