Delicious, non-greasy,, flakey ham and swiss croissant. Iced Caramel Macchiato with almond milk was deliciously satisfying;... perfectly sweetened. Fast service and friendly staff. Chair was quite uncomfortable (no padding) but I managed. I did take offone star because of not being able to log in for star rewards. Apparently it being inside Hy-Vee, it's not corporate affiliated. Read more
Customer service is non existent at this Starbucks. When you pay almost $7.00 for a drink it should be drinkable but I?m told... there?s no proof that it?s not. Nice! Read more
Everyone is always really patient and helpful at this Starbucks. I feel they have less options than stand-alone locations, but... they usually have all the new specials and seasonal promotions. I visit once or twice a month and have never had a major issue. Read more

The drive thru is a little intense and packed every morning. The staff are mega sweet and quick to prepare your drink through.
It may be somewhat expensive coffee but what they serve you is really really good I have the mocha Frappuccino and it is to die... for so don't pass up Starbucks I may not drink their coffee everyday but it's good as a treat once in awhile Read more
