First and foremost the cleanliness of the facility was horrible. Not only where we where we sitting but the batbroom (ladies)... was disgusting. The food 6oz steak was supposed to be cooked to medium (it was not) and it had alot of grisel. This is not thefirst time I've had this experience but it will be my last. Read more
Ordered a margaritas tasted like straight water! 1 margarita not even right glass, 1 tiki drink wrong glass =$20 for wrong... drinks 2 for $29 steak & bourbon treet chicken 2 for $29 total 5 cheese mac n cheese & bourbon street chicken TOTAL SHOULD BE$78 GOT CHARGED $90. Food is decent prices are higher then I like tho.
They were friendly and we got our food a lot faster this time. They were very slow the last time we were there. The food was... very good. We asked for steak sauce and the waitress had it back to his fairly quickly. Which was appreciated. She was tippedwell. Read more
02/05/2022, 11:39pm. Giving two stars because of the waitress, she was helpful and nice (Darion). We (group of 4) arrived 11:20,... after working an 11hr shift on a Saturday night. I understand kitchen closes, and staff has to clean up for the night, but in NOWAY should the manager (Chad) ever push their staff to rush their customers. Last call for alcohol was at 11:35, because staffwanted to go home. This restaurant closes at 12. When we sat down, the manager (Chad) was in the cooking area shaking his headat our group that just sat down As a long-time Marshall resident and years of coming to my hometown Applebee's, I had never feltso unwelcomed as I did tonight. This is not the first time my group of coworkers come at this hour on a Friday or Saturday.We've walked in at 11:45 one time because we weren't sure of closing time, and we were still greeted nicely and not rushed. Food was not made as ordered, extras I was charged for (sauce, onions) didn't get added. Brownie bite was hard as a rock and... covered in melted ice-cream still wouldn't break a piece off. If ordering skip the hassle and cost of ordering delivery thenhaving to call and being told you can come pick up the correct order. I haven't had a fully correct order from them for a fewmonths now.
