The waitress was very nice and made sure that we were okay on drinks . And even made sure that had everything right on our... order And even checked on my brothers pizza to make sure it would get out to the buffet and was very kind and the kind of personwho i think deserved a 10$ tip And the service was really good and did not even take like 30 minutes or more . The Pizza is fresh and taste great!! Buffet is the best time to come more bang for your buck, they also take pizza requests so... that's nice. A few arcade games and a chalkboard in the back to keep the kids busy. They have Coke!! Read more

When ordering by phone, was told 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes to go pick up to give plenty of time to have my small order done.... I arrive to pick up and the girl (supposed new manager with a nasty attitude) at the register has me pay before even botheringto check if my order is ready. Needless to say, I waited an extra almost 30 minutes. The place was not even close to busy,considering I've seen it very busy many times previously....yet when I mentioned to the girl that she should check to see if theorder is even started (mine wasn't until I arrived) before people pay, the girl (new manager?) got nasty and in a rude hatefultone said "We was busy" and proceeded to attempt to argue with me when I mentioned it was not remotely close to busy. Very poorcustomer service and communication skills. She had time to gossip to other staff about another staff member in front ofcustomers (showing poor leadership and teamwork). Waited an hour and the food still wasn't right. Mazzio's should have promotedwithin vs some girl with zero customer service or management skills and a nasty attitude. There is a few quality employees thathave great customer service skills and treats every customer that comes in like family regardless of how busy. That is greatcustomer service. Who knows how much money and quality employees mazzio's is going to lose because of the new "manager". Read more
Took my family to eat after church. The kids wanted pizza. Our first experience here and it was not what we expected. They took... our drink orders but did not serve it to us while new customers came in after us and got served drinks. While waiting 30minuteswatching people get served before us we left. Very poor service. Not to mention the stares we got very uncomfortable. Read more
