Case of the Lil' Mac... Just did Mobile app curbside pickup order and our Big Mac was missing one beef patty. This seems to be... common these days. Does no one know the song anymore? Our Tiny lobby is ?closed? why?? Bc we don?t have enough staff.. lmao!! Build a big drive thru lane but a tiny lobby? Not... fooling me corporate! They don?t want inside customers. Drive thru saves and makes em more money. Will be making burgers andfries at home from now on. Read more
I got a big breakfast at one of the McDonald's and I thought it was very good. However I do not know if it was this one or not,... because you just say how was McDonald's, not specifically where the McDonald's is located. My major pet peeve with this app--nolocation given as to where the particular business is that you want my opinion on. Read more
Ordered through the app and pulled into the Curbside pickup. It's now been over 15 minutes since I checked in and a car that had... two bags in another spot only waited 3 minutes, and another around the same time, additionally there is now a third car that hascome and gone with their order and I'm still sitting here waiting. There was oil all over my burger went back through the line to get a new one and they gave me the old one just whipped the oil... off and gave me a new container . Called to take to the gm and the girl that?s training to be manger just hung up on me. Read more
