I love Taco bell in general but last night 10/25/22 was the worst food and customer service I have experienced. Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Food was made exactly to my liking. The customer base were friendly and talkative... to each other, including myself. As a new person in Marshall, this is very welcoming considering where I come from. Read more
The app never works. Their app is as good as their food. The workers were outside on their break wearing their food gloves. They... walked back in and went right back and touched food with the same exact same gloves. Didn't wash them or change them. They wereoutside smoking and then touched the door handle. Great staff. Was going to the ER and wanted a bite before getting admitted. Staff made sure everyone was served before closing.
An employee had two sons there where they are back in the kitchen working. The children were running in and out jumping up and... down on a vehicle outside coming in touching everything screaming hollering knocking over and falling on the barstool. When Iasked whose children they were the person in France said he did not know. So I replied then I need to call child protectiveservice and immediately he went back and talked to possibly the parent. Came around and talk to the two boys they got free foodand free soda.
