Had an awesome experience. Workers always doing the most. Very quick and polite service and got everything right.
How can you have an 8, 12 & 30 piece grilled nuggets on your menu but don't sell the 30 piece orders? Is it that hard? Sad part... is I happen to talk to the Director there who said she didn't know why and would have to ask the manager. Read more
Got a 12 piece nugget it only had 8 nuggets
They are still working out their kinks. Both times I have asked for extra pickles the order has been wrong. The first time I got... one pickle on my sandwich. The second time I got ZERO pickles on my sandwich. I don?t know about y?all but the pickles make thesandwiches! They are honestly the slowest CFL I have ever been to. I used mobile order today (because last time they didn?t giveme a receipt for my order like I requested, so I could add it to my app for points) I went through drive thur and it still took25 minutes to get my food. The line really wasn?t that long and their was no one going inside to order but it seemed like theline wasn?t moving at all. When they fix the kinks I?ll raise the stars but for now we stand at a 2.5! Read more
This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. The quality is so poor compared to every other Chick-fil-A I've ever been to.
As always, it was great. This Chick Fil A is located on the ETBU campus in the Ornelas student center. Best entrance is on west... side of building. There is no drive thru, it is walk in only service. The hours of operation are short and sporadic because itis on a college campus. I hope they build one on Hwy 59 in Marshall soon so we don't have to jump through hoops just to get thistasty food. Read more
I have never had a good aftermath experience from this establishment. Regardless of what I order, I get sick. I completely... stopped eating their chicken, and now their fries and have asked MULTIPLE people on campus if they have had a bad experiencewith the food and without fail every person has. It?s a huge inconvenience since I go to the school, and can?t even eat the foodhere. I wish management would get a handle on things. Maybe cook the chicken and fries longer? Idk but I?m always disappointedwhen I go here. Read more
