Great to see this popular eatery in Marshall! I ordered using the app and arrived quickly afterwards. I was a met by an employee... as I entered the inside crowd control line. There was not a clear pickup area but this was not an issue as the employee askedfor my name and handed me the meal. Not sure how long this location has been open but easy to get in and out. My buddies and I decided to stop by the new Chick-fil-A in Marshall. The entire team was extremely polite and professional.... Although busy, items ordered were prepared correctly and delivered. During our visit, management had assigned a floater fordine-in customers. This person delivered meals, brought extra condiments and handled refills as required. A nice touch thattruly separates this location from other similar in town fast food restaurants. Read more
I was really disappointed with the quality of this Chickfila. Though the facilities are new and still really nice, I couldn?t... find a clean table even though there were only 3 other customers dinning in. Also, I love Chick-fil-A and tend to eat there alot, but the chicken at this one tasted different than normal. My mom ended up having to spit one out because it tasted so funky(more so than the others we had). I really hate to leave this review here and tried to do a survey via the chickfila app butcouldn?t figure out how. I still love you chickfila and will continue to be a loyal customer, but this Marshall chickfila needssome help <3 Read more
My children love this place; however, the errors made are disturbing. Within two weeks I order enough to feed up to 7 ppl. The... past two times I?ve had to call in for missing two meals. To top it off, this last time meals were replaced and an ?apology ?was given with 6 old cookies ????.. when I told them I didn?t even want them? you could even and see the chocolate chips old andthe cookies were hard. Really nice, new chick-fil-a. Everything was clean and organized and the place was packed. We came only a couple weeks after... their grand opening and they?re still pretty slow on getting food out which I?m sure will improve as time goes on and staff getssome more experience. Read more
The new restaurant has been open a couple of weeks now and with the dinning room finally open we went in for dinner. Everything... is new, fresh and shiny but we were welcomed to dirty table tops and over flowing trash in the dining room. At the register anemployee who was off the clock was ordering her food then proceeded to go back on the line to help out without washing her handsor clocking in. While we ate several employees came into the dining room and none of them emptied or notified a supervisor aboutthe trash. Hopefully with time and training these things will improve. Read more
I love Chick Fill A and I?ve never had an issue with them but there?s always a first. It?s the first time I have an issue so I... didn?t go back and made it a big deal because I leave 15 mins from Chick Fill A. But I had order chicken tenders and was chargedfor chicken tenders and I received nuggets, I don?t know the price difference but it happen ????.
