Worst visit ever...brought the appetizer after the food, worst southwestern egg rolls I've had. Been eating them for decades and... was craving them. The chicken in my fajitas was not seasoned at all. Tortilla shells were so hard I think they must havemicrowaved them for too long. Asked to replace sour cream with guacamole and got sour cream and no guacamole. I got the fajitasto take home. My guy says the burger bites were horrible as well. Read more
This is my second time eating here since I travel through on business occasionally. The last time was so-so due to the slow... service and bad attitude of my server. I just chalked it up to her having a bad day and moved on. I decided to give this place asecond chance and sadly I was seated at the same station with that battle ax as my server. This time I was served up more badattitude along with bad service. What I had hoped would be a quick 30 minute pit stop turned into an hour and a half ordeal. Shecompletely ignored me, then finally condescended to take my order. After that she completely disappeared left it up to herco-workers to bring my food. If I needed anything I had to flag down her coworkers to get me water or utensils. But the realchallenge was paying my tab! I had to ask three different people to please settle my bill. I ordered the $9 lunch combo. I chose a house salad with a citrus balsamic vinaigrette dressing and spicy shrimp tacos.... Everything was fresh and very flavorful! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Read more

I was visiting a friend and she wanted to go get a bite to eat, and we ended up at Brookshire Brothers! I no longer live in the... area but I was so impressed with the packaging of my burrito from the deli. It was put into a sealed bag!!!???? Neither HEB norWalmart is doing that! So I'm giving 5?s...and the staff were nice, store clean as well. Read more
I give this location in Marshall a 3.5 star. Chili?s is one of those places that in my opinion you would go more to hang out... with people than to find an extraordinary meal. Don?t get me wrong the food is okay but it?s just that, okay. I don?t frequentthis establishment because the cost of food is definitely not worth the quality and quantity that you get. The wait staff wasexcellent this last time we went and really working hard and that says something! The place could really use a good deepcleaning though!! Another reason I don?t frequent this place is because years ago when my child was a little boy the waitressput his plate too close to the edge of the table and he dumped the contents out of the floor the minute he got his plate. Sheadmitted it was her fault and still charged me for the spilled plate and the replacement plate. Then the next time we visitedtheir was a fly in my child?s ice in his drink. They still charged us for that too! Maybe they do not do this to their customersanymore but it still stays in my mind from many years ago. Came at about 2:30, after the lunch rush It was ok. The burgers we had were good, the handful of fries were good but... conspicuously scant. Service was pretty bad, but we didn't require much. Main issue was that nothing in the place looked like ithad been cleaned that day. Wouldn't return. Read more
