ordered a large pizza & bread bites at 5:30 leaving from longview & it wasn?t ready until 6:45. also had multiple people walk by... the drive thru window looking at me for 10 minutes until one stopped to ask if i?ve been helped yet. got home & they gave uswings instead of bread bites. tried to call to get a refund or something & was on hold for 10+ minutes so i hung up & calledagain to get someone ask if i could hold & when i said sure they hung up. if i could give 0 stars i would. Please disregard Drico Romero's rant. Disgruntled former employee who didn't want to follow rules and guidelines. Manager is not... racist. I have known him for over 6 years. Do your job, follow the rules, NO issues. Read more

If I could I would give no stars. I put the order in at 4:50 and it?s been 25 min and pizzas are still not ready! ????????

Used to be good. Last week, they burnt my chicken. This week, didn't even cut my pizza. Steady decline of quality.

I?ve been coming here for years and they?ve always had excellent service. Staff is always friendly, inside the facility is... always clean and they?ve always made our orders in a timely manner. Of all the times we?ve ordered from them I think I?ve onlyhad one issue here awhile back with getting an order wrong but they were very prompt and eager to make things right with me.Great place to do business with for sure!! ???? I ordered online at 4:45pm. It is now 5:20 pm and it just went in the oven. I been waiting in the parking lot for 1/2 hour.

Waiting on hold to schedule a delivery for 50 minutes now. Unable to do so on their app. It says they are short staffed. ... That's just a poor excuse at this point. Finally hung up and called back 6 times. Someone finally came on the phone and spokeso fast saying that I needed to hold. Tried to tell her that I had already held for 50 minutes and before I could get that outshe puts me on hold. Mind you this isn't during a busy time for the business unless they don't staff their business at 3pm on aweekday. Wonder if the franchise owner knows or cares? Read more
