The food was great. We stopped in for a non-traditional Thanksgiving lunch and waited 5-10 minutes to be seated when there was... only one customer in the building. We then waited for about 30 mins for the gentleman to take our order and another 30 minutesto receive the food. The waiter was pretty bad. We had to request refills repeatedly and we watched him stand around a lot. Butas I said, at least the food was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee. Read more

We had a good experience here but were seated at a table and then had to get up and move across the restaurant to another table.... My fork was dirty and the waitress never brought me another one. I got up and got it myself after our orders came to us. Thefood was good and they did a substitution for me. Read more

Breakfast on 9/1/2022 was terrible-Plates and Silverware were ice cold-felt like they had been in a cooler-the food was all cold... -like it had been cooked and set out -the only warm food was the eggs-the sausage links were actually refrigerator cold not roomtemp. Pancakes would not melt butter.Food was awful-PLUS glass doors and floors at entry way were filthy. Food was good, my biggest problem was the waitress. She decided, even though I had a very colorful credit card out for about 20... minutes that she was going to talk only to the two gentlemen in front of me. And instead of bringing me a regular coffee cup,she brought me out a to go cup saying she was bringing me a bigger cup. I'm sorry. I came into a sit down restaurant to eatnormal. Ginormous omelets! Very fast and friendly service. This is for-sure above average for a typical ihop. The only improvement I... would recommend is cleaning the tops of hot sauce bottles when topping off. It?s kind of awkward opening a new looking bottleand having built up residual hot sauce from pervious uses. Read more
