One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had, not only did the young lady threaten me after telling her I wanted a refund, because... as I?m watching them prepare someone else?s order [who had to have theirs remade] she was rubbing her hands all over the guy inthe back then not washing her hands then as she is making the pizza she was brushing the braids out of her face. After I said Iwanted to cancel my order because what I was witnessing was nasty ???? she got angry, the said she was going to keep my refundas an inconvenience to them, then kept telling me ?let?s take it outside?. She than asked the other girl for my name off myreceipt and said ?let me look this B up on Facebook?. I have never in my life had someone act like that who is supposed to be a?manager?. Pretty much lives up to what I've come to expect from literally any little ceasars ever. I think everyone eats L.C. for the same... reason, it's some of the cheapest pizza you can order and for the price, it is usually worth it. We eat at this location severaltimes a month so obviously it isn't horrible nor do I ever expect any Little Caesars to overwhelm me. Quite a few times theyhaven't answered the phone after multiple tries but I don't hold it against them since I know they can get backed up. Also wehave had a wait on "hot and ready" more times than not but honestly I don't mind a wait for fresh pizza especially if we go atpeak times. I don't expect them to be able to predict everyone's orders in advance and to always be prepared for the ones who goin and order 10 pizzas without advance notice.. honestly in the last couple months I think there have been improvements in thequality at this specific location, not sure if it was a change in management or staff but whatever it was it's definitely betterthan it was over a year ago when we first started eating at this location. I think a lot of people have too high of expectationsfor such a cheap meal so I think a lot of the bad reviews are more just entitled people who want to complain, to those whoactually had a bad experience, that sucks. I try to base my review on average performance and not judge based on one visit..thatbeing said, most of the time they do okay and meet expectations so I'd say they are on par with their service and prices for thequality that we pay for. Ordered the 3 Meat Trio Deep deep dish...and this is what we got. The dough was raw. Plus ordered the chocolate chip cookie... dough brownies...they gave me a package of frozen cookie dough to cook myself at home. We won't waste our time or money hereagain. Read more

Last time I get burned by this terribly run establishment. I kindly asked for a remake since my pizza looked like it had been... dropped, shaken, and spit in. I was told that I had dropped it because that?s the only way it could have happened. Lol!!What!!??? Jenice, the manager, will surely run this thing all the way in the ground. Read more

Ordered online to do the ?portal? thing. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering, and waited for another 15 min (Friday night at... 7:15p) for the pizza and breadsticks to be placed in the portal box. Finally overheard someone say something about malfunction,so I stepped and asked about my order. Lady comes out, hands me my order and apologizes that something ?went down.? My questionis why was nothing on the portal to indicate this? Why did the counter staff not alert all the people standing around the wallswaiting? At home 5 min later ... pizza not hot nor crispy. Quite soggy. Breadsticks cold and a lump of undercooked dough. Getwhat you pay for, I suppose! Read more
