We are so happy we found Johnny Monarchs on our last road trip. There's nothing like a double decker bus to get your attention.... Plenty of homestyle comfort food on the menu. Veggie and vegan options available. Alcohol is available too. The kitchen is onthe first deck with table seating on the second level. Really cool food truck style business. With a nice spaced out courtyard to eat in, we came to watch some amazing live music by... Stefanie Carter. We didn't order food so I can't comment on that however the menu was extremely expensive. Also their drinkoptions were very limited however we had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere. Read more
I'm so happy that we went here today. The food is outstanding, and is served by a friendly staff in a lovely small-town... atmosphere. I had the Steak Me Away, which is easily the best Steak and Cheese I've ever had. Full of perfectly cooked beef,peppers, onions, and mushrooms, this sandwich truly takes two hands to hold and absolutely melts in your mouth. This is one of those places that make your small towns the best place to be. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect,... easy going laid back, relaxing and fun. What an exceptionally charming and delicious trucksteraunt this is! They?ve turned a double decker English bus into a food truck... and set up a very cute space with seating, a stage, and a fire pit outside of it. In addition to the charm, they deliver on foodquality and everything we has was excellent. The tomato pie is a must try for how unique it is.
