The woman at the counter is so pleasant she makes going inside worthwhile. My 7 year old granddaughter even remarked at how... nice she was. We did get shorted one nugget though. Read more

Staff was unattentive to customers. They were extremely unprofessional. At 6am, the facilities were "nasty" We were traveling, ... I needed coffee, it took someone 10 minutes to come to the counter to take my order. I will never stop there again! Read more

Honestly, I really thought this was going to be a bad review but... then there was Brook(e?). What an amazing person to have at... the register! When I first entered my order via the mobile app for curb pick up I could see the long drivethru line. I expectedthe wait. But then 10 minutes went by, then 15, finally 20 minutes and no one in the line. I waited another couple if minutes. Nothing. I went inside, frustrated. I had chosen the curbside so I could complete phone calls while waiting, allowing me to getto my next appointment on time, so the delay was... impactful and I wasn't happy. But then - Brook(e?) immediately came over tosee what was wrong. Immediately located my order which had been sitting waiting for someone to carry it out. She confirmed myorder. Then, without being asked, called for the order to be remade, waited for it and focused only on that until I had orderin hand. It was 90 seconds total! She was pleasant, sweet and in her stride. She put me right back on track and I very muchappreciated the effort and her! Customer service isnt about being perfect or the customer being right, its about beingaccountable and responsive and solving the issue. Thank you, Brook(e?) Kudos! Read more

This used to be a tightly run/efficient operation. Now, it's a mess. Half the time they get the order wrong, give you someone... else's order, and/or overcharge. It appears that no-one speaks/understands English well. If you must go here, check the screencarefully, your payment receipt carefully, and look at every item in your bag. Or keep on driving and pick a better McDonald's. Read more

This McDonald's is interesting. It's located next to a gas station. When I pulled up, the drive thru appeared to be attached to... the back of the gas station building. I pulled up to where I was supposed to placed my order, and it asked if I was placing amobile order. I said no, and silence. Then I pulled up to the 2nd order station, same thing happened but no one took my order.As I was pulling up to the window where you pay your order, I heard the car behind me placing an order. Fortunately the youngman at the register took my order. When I pulled up the window where I pick up my order, I had to wait a little bit. When theyoung lady handed me my order, I asked if it was what I ordered and she comfirmed. I'm impressed since I placed my order afterthe car behind me. She was so nice and explained to me how the system works. Anyway, I was there sometime between 4:30 and 5:00pm, and the fries were hot. I couldn't find a place to park since the drive thru pretty much exit me into the street. I keptdriving while I ate the fries and found a parking lot to pull over to eat the Big Mac. It was good even though it was cold bythe time I found a place where I can park and eat. Read more
