Clearly a known entity, but if you don't get here early, you'll have slim pickins'. The grab and go is convenient, but has an... impact on the freshness, which is unfortunate. I've had the meatloaf, chicken, and tuna sandwiches. They are very good, but ifmade to order likely would be on a different level. I've been to their order in window before but I haven't been inside their store until last Saturday. It was crowded even after... fifteen minutes past their open time. They had so many choices in prepared cakes and pies. I just bought three breakfast itemsfor my dad and myself and while their breakfast muffin was delicious, I couldn't tell if the apple donut had apples in it ornot. So if I'm there for breakfast again, I'll just get the breakfast muffin and a cinnamon roll. My mom seemed to enjoy itafter I bought it for her. Read more

This was my first visit to Marshall Virginia so my friend took me over here. We took a walk from her house right into town. It's... a convenient place for those who live in town to get a good breakfast and a great cup of coffee. That coffee was so smooth nobitterness at all. And my spinach croissant was amazing. Stumbled upon this place when driving out to the wineries and I'm So thankful I did! The breakfast biscuit sandwich is super... fresh and tasty and by god the PIES!! Omg this is a place you MUST visit! As a pastry chef, my expectations are set high for small town bakeries. We were not... disappointed. Got the butter croissant and blueberry lemon muffin....well, by the time we left, 3 of them! Muffins aren't easyto get right and they were perfect. I just wish they also had ice cream.
