Every visit they are so slow. One burger today and waited 10 minutes in drive through. When I pulled up 4 employees where... standing at back door for a cigarette break, when I got to the window no one at the counter. People were at the counter toorder, we waited probably 5 minutes for an employee to man the station. It's been like this for months and it's not gettingbetter. Who ever owns this franchise better fix these problems or expect to loose their business. Read more

It was colder inside then outside? since we paid 40 dollars we had to eat their. The meat wasn?t whole it was pieces of meat put... into the sandwich?.but I was more bother by how cold it was in their and they should of put a sign saying that they were havingissues.. Read more

The food was really good and was what we expected. The service was rather slow after we paid. We had to wait and watch them... slowly assemble our bags. The employee then over filled a soft drink and spilled a bunch down the side of my vehicle withoutcaring. We then found that our 6 piece meals were only 4 pieces. Not sure if it was their mistake or I didn't catch it when Iordered though. Read more

It was a rough day for this franchise when we stopped over the noon hour for a couple of Whopper meals last weekend. Facility... was understaffed and not everyone knew how to serve coffee which was lukewarm after sitting in a carafe. They offered to brewfresh, which was appreciated. We were there for 25 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we left, which is atypical.Staff friendly enough, and could benefit from employing basic food service safety practices such as not touching the inside of acup from which the customer will be drinking . . . I politely declined to accept that cup and selected a cup from the stack(which hopefully had not fallen and rolled about on the floor. Horrible wait time in drive thru. I was in line for 20 min, for fast food. Got my pop, it was covered with sticky pop. Asked... for no jalapeños, what did I get on my burger? Freaking jalapeños! Come on! Not happy! Read more

Tables were not wiped down from previous customer, all of the child high chairs were dirty and not wiped down. Floor's we're... greasy and trailed out the door to the greasy concrete. No ice in the self serve pop machine. I basically found it unsanitaryand couldn't finish my meal. Read more

Sat and waited in the drive through for 10 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns. After this wait, were asked at... this point if we'd accept French fries, we would not. So we were refunded. Continued to wait a couple of more minutes and weregiven our food. We then needed to park and go in as we were given the wrong order. Our food was cold, clearly our sandwicheswere sitting for awhile before the whole not having hashbrowns fiasco. Read more

The food was good. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich could have been a little hotter but otherwise ok. The place... needed cleaned. There was a person with a spray bottle but I never seen her do anything but sit at the table. There were napkinson the floor and the floor was sticky. The counter person was a nice person. The bathrooms were not cleaned and no paper towelsin the women bath. Read more
