The service is always great in store. However, I?ve been unimpressed with my last two pizza deliveries. The driver was great,... but the pizza was subpar. Both times I got a large cheese pizza, and both times there was barely any sauce on them. It justtasted like cheese bread to me, couldn?t taste any sauce. Read more
Walked in to order 2 pizzas. Didnt mind waiting.Was ignored....said i wanted to order...while standing under the " order here"... sign and was told they weren't really taking orders in the store, and that it had to be done over the phone. Seems like mybusiness isnt wanted. Read more
We ordered online at 4:30 pm on Saturday afternoon a taco pizza for pickup at 6 pm. I picked it up at 6, and saw the associate... retrieve the pizza from the TOP of the oven, not from the oven or warmer. When we got home we found the pizza wasn't evenslightly warm, and the crust was tough, likely from sitting too long. This was the first time I'd had Casey's taco pizza, afterfamily had raved about. It probably is good when hot and fresh, but not cold and tough. Update: I've changed my earlierthree-star review to five stars, as Casey's made it right and provided a free replacement pizza after I reported our experience.The supervisor I talked with said he remembered the order, as it came in online during a super busy evening with a high volumeof pizza orders. The pizza turned out really good but they had called me and told me they were having trouble with the new equipment they have... for their app we went to go pick up the pizza the app said the total price was $16.02 that was 1499 plus tax when we got therethe price had increased to 1699 and they said sorry what the app says it's not right you'll have to pay the 1699 that's all wecan tell you barely had enough money since I only had that laid out had to go see the vehicle looking for spare change to comeup with the money you can't go by the app so make sure you bring along an extra Buck or two even though 1499 plus tax equals1602 this was the new app that offered a family of four a large pizza 2 liter bottle of Pop breadsticks and dessert f a m 4 wasthe code Read more

Doughnut selection is awful. Usually just cake doughts. Today very dried out and its 630 am. No more long johns. Pizza is... extra thin and they skimp on the toppings. Read more
