I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Every time I come in here there?s always a long line with one worker at the cash... register and they are slower than molasses in January, not to mention rude and don?t seem to know what they?re doing. There hasbeen a long line of people every time I?m in here (which has been less and less since they opened because the service and theworkers are both terrible) customers are trying to get their stuff and get out and the other workers stand around and gossipwith each other with one register open and 10 people in line. My day starts at 5am and they NEVER have any food in their warmer,I happened to go in just before 6 this morning and grabbed a sandwich from the warmer and was surprised there was anything inthere at all and then went to eat it and it was completely cold. There is never any food in the warmer even at noon when youwould think they would be ready for people to eat lunch?? Today was the last time I?ll be giving this place my money. Don?t gohere. Service is ridiculously slow. Kitchen staff person was incredibly rude to front cashier in front of several customers waiting... for pizza orders. Will not be placing food orders at this location ever again. Read more
Employees are rude and think it's funny that their coworkers just stand around and don't bother asking if customers need help.... 10 minutes I've been waiting for assistance while employees are messing around with one another. Finally get my order and itlooks as bad as you would expect from a location with poor employees. This by far and I mean by FAR is the WORST location in the nation! I've been here 4 times. My order was wrong twice and late... twice. I've asked for extra cheese every time and I think every time they interpret that as "less cheese ". It pains me toeven acknowledge they are a part of what I consider one of the best pizza chains in the country. How upper management hasn'tlooked and noticed this is beyond me. Read more
Great staff/cashiers, good pizza, and okay prices. We go there often and haven't had a bad experience, yet.
Sign says they'll have beer cheese pizza out and made all day. When asked they aren't making anymore. Week prior ordered a... pizza and a side, had to ask for my side and kitchen person chewed out their coworker who I had asked about. When I got home mypizza wasn't even cut. Store is relatively fine, kitchen is getting terrible. Read more
