Ordered sandwiches for delivery. Driver placed drink cup directly in front of door. If my husband hadn't gotten to the door... before the driver walked away, he would have knocked the drink over opening the door. They sent the wrong sandwich and when Icalled thr store, I had to call four times before someone even answered the phone and then got put on a 5 minute hold beforespeaking to the manager. Was not impressed with the speed or flavor of my #4 Turkey Tom during my most recent visit. I wish Jimmy John?s quality could go... back to being as good as it was when FANTASTIC staff that used to run Jimmy John?s a few years ago was there. Smh ?? We ordered box lunches for our large cross country team to eat after a meet. It was an A+ experience! They were friendly and... polite and answered all my questions during the ordering process. I came to Jimmy John's at 10am and they weren't open until 11 but let me come in to pay for a to go order for later in the... afternoon. I called and switched addresses and the soda an hour later. The people I spoke with both times were friendly andhelpful. The food was great too! Read more

It was a Jimmy John's, food was fine. Bread was fresh as usual, which is not the case at most of the Subway places, they beg... you to toast it because they know it's dry. I do wish they'd be more set up for you to get it "our way" instead of "their way." Read more
