You really can't expect much from McDonald's when it comes to service, but dang this location takes the cake! Not only is the... eating area and restroom always dirty but the staff...oh the staff. My last non fantastic experience, four staff members weretalking and when I tried to get service they played not it. After taking the highroad and staying understanding of thesituation, I had to go to the counter for napkins. Once again they played not it. I said "guys I just need napkins" and theystill looked at me like I asked for their banking information ????. Read more

Worst McDonald?s in the nation. Orders are wrong almost every time they come out, and today we had the pleasure of waiting... literally, over 1 full hour for a happy meal. At one point, one of their staff members replied with, if you don?t like it youcan fill out an application?.. wooooow. If you can?t staff your restaurant, close the doors. What an embarrassment. Ordered sausage egg biscuits...2 of them. Went through drive through in Marshalltown, Iowa. You can see in the pic they had no... sausage. And the cup of coffee was FILTHY!!! Disgusted. Read more
Zero stars! I?m embarrassed for even attempting to eat at a McDonalds but we were on the road and it seemed convenient. We went... inside and ordered from the kiosk, no problem there. But over 30 minutes later and still no food! Completely dysfunctional, theyhad no explanation for where our food was or how long it would be to get it. We ended up getting a refund and going down theroad. Read more
If you?re hungry go somewhere else in this McDonald?s. You?ll even be missing items. Or they will make it completely wrong. Once... I ordered a qpc and received a box with a bun, some onion, ketchup, and a piece of cheese. Made it all the way home before Irealized. I know my fault there. Called to let them know was told they?re short staffed it?s gonna happen. Sorry. We can sendyou out something. I feel terribly bad for the employees because they were so short staffed, but I do think that their time could be organized... better. It only takes a couple minutes to check the dining areas to see what needs to be wiped down or what needs to berefilled. There were no lids, no straws, no napkins . I knew they were busy, so I just asked for them nd filled them myself. Read more
We walked in and ordered our food to go. The napkin dispensers were empty, and we ordered four items, one of which was... incorrect. I don't want to say it is to be expected, but my expectations at almost any fast food place is fairly low anymore. I should start using the kiosk to place my order. Read more
