I ordered a pot roast sandwich with no onions. What came out was a hamburger patty with onions on it. I ask her that this is not... what I order she didn't listen to me and didn't seem to care. It was dry and tasteless. Only redeeming was the fries was good. Read more
Stood in line with my grandson to be seated for at least 15 minutes, no one took the time to even ask if we were there to dine... in, just tried to look busy. From iowa make the trip twice a year for Perkins but missed today due to horrible service. Read more

Extremely slow service. Was sitting for 30 minutes before the waitress ever came to get our drink order. The restaurant was less... than half full, but they were busy prior to our arrival. The tables near us were not bused for nearly an hour. The kitchen wasfilthy. All this and overpriced food! I was a little worried at first when walking in because it seemed very busy. We were greeted immediately and only waited for a... little bit. Our waitress was very professional. Being quick and accurate. We're the type that need extra of everything. Andwe don't always remember to ask for it all at once. So I'm sure we tested her patients.
