Ate at the restaurant. Ordered the tomato basil soup and greek salad. Both were DELICIOUS! Service is great!

Service and overall management has taken a major step back. Reported A/C, thermostat not working. Voicemail full, texted and... got a auto message saying someone will respond - nothing. Had to sleep with slider open and uncomfortable for 2 days.. No iceavailable. Went to restaurant for lunch 2 signature sandwiches not available only chicken. Ordered expresso coffees andbartender said "im not going anywhere near that machine". We waited a bit and left. For $250 night we expected more. Have stayedbefore but not again. The Fairview faces direct ocean front, so really who cares about anything else. But the food was good. Scallops were fresh and... prepared well. They wouldn't let us eat on the terrace even though there were four empty tables which were still empty as wewere leaving. It was quite noisy in the dining room. I would suggest sound proofing the ceiling. Read more
