We’ve used them often over the last few years. We ordered food for pre delivery for a party. They showed up and an item was... missing. No big deal. I mention it to the driver and he told me he’d call and get it out asap with another driver. 15 minlater I called just for an update and was treated like I was bothering them. I reiterated I just wanted to know where my foodwas. They told me it’d be there in 10-15 min. 35 min later I called to ask where this was, since this is for kids and theyare all complaining and I was greeted by Charles. He was incredibly rude. When I asked to speak to a manager her said he wasthe manager. I asked just to cancel the food item at this rate and just me my money back, he said he couldn’t since the foodwas already made. This went back and forth and asked if there was anyone else I could speak with. Apparently Charles Sr.(hisfather) wouldn’t talk because “his son told me everything he would say to me and then more”. 1.5 hours after my food wassupposed to show up my food finally showed up nice and cold. Never will I let Marshfield famous Pizza and Charles spoil a partyof mine again. Use anyone else. Read more

I have eaten here often most of my life. The quality has gone down recently. However my husband and daughter love it. Today I... tried to order food. Online it kept kicking me out so I called to place my order. Girl picked up put me on hold immediately andthen after 3 min I was hung up on. Tried calling again and same thing put on hold immediately and then the line went dead after2 minutes. Ok I can take a hint. Read more
