Grilled Swordfish Chop over vegetable risotto is savory and flavorful. Shrimp scampi has succulent jumbo shrimp over a light... garlic butter sauced pasta. Mediterranean Turkey burger juicy and delicious with truffle fries. We also enjoyed the lobster wontons and chilli chicken wings. We loved the railroad artifacts and comfortable seating. I loved my cozy corner table overlookingthe downtown. I could have sat there all evening!! We will be back again soon The outdoor patio seating looked very appealing.We really enjoyed everything. Service overall is inexperienced & food is average. It appears challenging for staff to work as a team. While most seem... friendly, there was a controlled chaos on a Sat night when Disco Dream band performed, who were terrific! Too bad more tablescouldn't be moved after dinner service is over to make room for more dancing. Read more
After a recommendation from a friend we tried Station 8 and we’re not disappointed. The restaurant and bar areas were... exceptional in decor and cleanliness. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. Weespecially enjoyed the special bar drinks, Espresso Martinis were amazing. Our waiter Adam was one of the best waiters we havehad in the last year and half, his attention to detail was meticulous. He was polite and knowledgeable in explaining menuofferings, a true asset to this establishment. The entertainment was also a plus, loved the Beatles music. Definitely will bereturning. Read more
Our first visit to Station Eight and would classify this place as standard pub fare. I ordered the Caesar salad with steak tips... and found the Caesar dressing to be quite bland and the steak tips to be without much flavor even though they were cooked toorder. The flat breads were more like a thin pizza than a real flat bread. The clam "chowda" was thick but tasted more likesomething that was canned than fresh. The party who ordered the lobster Mac & cheese liked it even though he claimed it wasrather soupy. The lobster roll was tasty if not a bit on the small side. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Fries servedwith two meals were a bit soft but tasty. The atmosphere and setting was open, clean and bright. Read more
Food was great. I know we went late but serves kind of sucked waited first 10 mins to be seated. Place was empty, and really 22... mins for a soda and 27 more for a burger. Sorry to say. I will come back only due to the fact burger was great...thank you. Eventhe bartender had to bring our food to us. And made a comment here's your food finally huh...????great people just slow..
