When traveling, I always stop at a McDonald's. My son and I were traveling from Ohio to Missouri, and found this one in... Marshfield to be one of the best! My son- a stickler for hot food-remarked about this, as well as the outstanding quality.Service was courteous, friendly and efficient. We were sitting with our family together and all of a sudden the management was yelling at a customer because they got his order... wrong. She screamed at 2 different families NOT to come back. The brownish blonde girl at the window has the personality of cardboard.. she's rude and acts like you're inconveniencing her by... driving through. When an order is wrong which is most of the time,she will argue with you. We contacted Shelby, the manager andshe was no help at all. Looking up corporate to see if they care. That person working the window or counter is the face of yourrestaurant and their attitude reflects the atmosphere. Going off of this the atmosphere is trash. Read more
I like my fries extra salty and they actually put the salt on the hot fries. It did seem like I got the end of the batch... because there were a lot of tiny fries. Being McDonald's sometimes they have issues but usually they're decent. Read more
Slow! The staff did not seem to know what to do. One guy in the back was trying to play a song on the deep fryer.
This location looks awesome because it's situated over interstate 44. But it's not maintained well. Tables, floors, etc hadn't... been cleaned in a while. Read more
