This location STINKS, our order is always sloppy, the last 2 times a man working the carryout window has dropped our order but... refused to have it remade. It's never ready when we arrive, even though we are always a little past our eta time the app gives.Over it but it's the only one close. Read more

Very well organized restaurant and has amazing staff, all very attentive and kind! Make a stop in for some great food! Very glad... Pizza Hut is still around. My father and his siblings all worked and managed Pizza Huts in Rhode Island. Being able to eat at aPizza Hut, as the child, is wonderful. 5/5 recommend going! Read more
Chose contactless delivery, but they never knocked on the door and the tracker never said delivered. Hot pizza would be... preferred, but I paid for barely warm. I called Marshfield Pizza Hut and no one seemed concerned with the poor service. I?vecontacted customer service. UPDATE A manager did contact me today about the problem I had with my delivery order yesterday. Heapologized and gave me credit towards the next order I place. I appreciate the steps that we?re taken to make things right.Making an effort to right the wrong has convinced me to give Pizza Hut another try, since we only eat at Pizza Hut when eatingoutside of the home. We usually can?t find that good of food around here, but Pizza Hut has really good food when it?s hot andfresh and the prices aren?t outrageous. Read more

Made an order online in advance to pickup an order at 4pm. Arrive at store at 4 pm, paid for order and when the cashier walked... in the back to retrieve the order it had not been cooked yet. We can see everything that is going on, they realized theirmistake throw our order into the oven and never came back to tell us that there was an issue. We had to wait an additional 15minutes for the pizza and breadsticks to be cooked and packaged. Why couldn't they just tell us and own up to the issue versusleaving us standing there waiting? We made the order an hour ahead of time to ensure that there were no issues. Read more
