I came to this Marshfield Subway on 7/12 for their free new sandwich promotion. A worker there insisted that I had already come... in that day. I had not; I had been at work until the drive to Subway from my rural work location, and I had ample witnessesamong coworkers of my activities all morning. The time table was impossible. She insisted no, I definitely had already been in.Then when I offered proof or witnesses and suggested she check the video, she finally gave in but still had an expression of Iknow what you're doing. She then said, "You don't have to explain." Not "Sorry, I must have been mistaken," but "You don't haveto explain," still perpetuating the idea that I was double dipping. Basically, she accused me publicly, in front of many othercustomers, of lying and theft and refused to reconsider and admit she might be wrong even in the face of proof. I submittedfeedback on Subway's franchise site but have not been contacted by anybody within several weeks. It was a good sandwich, and Ihave been a fan of Subway for years. I drove an hour round trip specifically for their sandwich deal. But being accused ofdishonesty in front of other customers and her being so dogged and persistent about it, even when I pointed out that I hadindependent proof that made it impossible, left a bad taste in my mouth. Order had to be repeated multiple times. Had to help the cashier ring things up properly. They did not change out gloves after... touching cash, then returning to food. Read more

Today's experience made me feel ripped off. I did use a coupon, but the sandwich artist didn't know that when I place my order.... I ordered a tuna. The Tuna was low in the container she had to scrap the bottom to get my 2 scoops but the scoops were short.Short enough each end had 1/2" missing meat. I told her the meat didn't go to each end so she just spread it thinner. If you dothe math I got 5" worth of meat not 6" then she was short with me after addressing it. I've worked at Subway I know theprocedures and how much you are supposed to give. She then loaded it with the vegetables to were she could barely close thesandwich. I like vegetables but if I wanted a veggie sub I would have ordered it. I never get service or shorted on mysandwiches even using coupons when the other 2 early morning ladies work. For the price of your sandwiches without coupons yourcustomers shouldn't feel ripped off. My point is what was 1/2 a scoop or better yet the 2 full scoops of Tuna that should be onmy sandwich to please me verses the bad review your getting today? If you don't value me as a customer and whst I pay to eatthere, then who is going to keep you in business if practices like this continue when management isn't there? Read more

Stopped while passing through on I-44 (heavy rain) for a quick sandwich to take on the road. The mens restroom was a disaster,... appears the toilet was backed up with product and had been used several times after. Not sure how often they are checked butnot a big deal, it happens. The sandwich artists aren't the quickest when I visited, but did average, didn't seem to multitask well. The store was overall in great shape, clean and I was greeted when I entered. Note: This store charges $8.39 forthe $6.99 footlong elsewhere. Sandwich was great though, just right for a road trip snack. Read more

I asked for a steak, egg, and cheese melt right? The next girl in the veggies (Tall and Blonde) accidentally dropped the eggs... and steak outta the sub after folding it and panicked to put it back in the sub in a messy fashion then just stuffed it in thebrown bag to melt it. Super clean, friendly kids working here. They stayed busy doing up keep even when we were the only ones in here. I was blown... away that they weren't just standing around on their phones. They were very patient with us as we changed our order a fewtimes. Recommend even though we were just passing through. Read more
